Deepak Gupta (born 7 May 1955) is a former judge of the Supreme Court of India and former chief justice of the Tripura High Court and Chhattisgarh High Court. He has also served as a judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, serving as the head of its green bench.^[1]
