The Delta State House of Assembly is the state legislature of Delta State. It is situated along Okpanam road, in the state capital, Asaba. The house is currently under the rulership of People's Democratic Party, which has been the rulling party of the state since 1999.[1]

There have been eight different assemblies, with the first one inaugurated in 1991 during the administration of Olorogun Felix Ibru, which later came to an end in 1992.[2] The current and eight assembly was inaugurated on 13 June 2023, with Emomotimi Guwor emerging the speaker.[3][4]
