Dominican Republic competed in the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019.[1][2]

On July 2, 2019, weightlifter Crismery Santana was named as the country's flag bearer during the opening ceremony.[3]

The Dominican Republic team consisted of 209 athletes.[4]
