Donald Steele Potter (21 April 1902 – 7 June 2004) was an English sculptor, wood carver, potter and teacher.[1][2][3]
Don Potter was born in Newington, near Sittingbourne, Kent, the son of a school teacher, and attended a private school.[4] He joined the Wolf Cubs at the age of eight and became a keen participant in the scouting movement.
