Doesn't currently seem to be notable, unfortunately. Definitely closer to the WP:SIGCOV cutoff than he was in the AfD in 2020, but...the coverage available is mostly from semi-reliable or unreliable (college) media, with nearly all of the reliable coverage being short profiles of the fringe candidates that don't meet the standard for notability.
