Where to get help
If you need help editing or submitting your draft, please ask us a question at the AfC Help Desk or get live help from experienced editors. These venues are only for help with editing and the submission process, not to get reviews.
If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.
To improve your odds of a faster review, tag your draft with relevant WikiProject tags using the button below. This will let reviewers know a new draft has been submitted in their area of interest. For instance, if you wrote about a female astronomer, you would want to add the Biography, Astronomy, and Women scientists tags.
Once you save your changes using the "Publish changes" button below, you will be able to resubmit your draft for review by pressing the "Resubmit" button that will appear here.
Comment: Hi, thank you for submitting. I must decline at this time, because I'm not yet convinced the subject meets either general notability guideline or academic notability guideline. Per google scholar he has an h-index of 2 and a total of 38 citations. I believe that's short of WP:NPROF C1 even in a low-citation field. I'm also not convinced the awards and fellowships listed would qualify the subject for C2. I suspect overall that this is WP:TOOSOON, as the subject is an assistant professor whose first publication was in 2017. That's not to say assistant profs can't be notable, but it often takes decades to garner the body of work and accolades needed for notability guideline. As for general notability guideline, I found a lot of pieces written by him but not any significant coverage about him in reliable sources. If you can find any please feel free to add it to the draft so it can be re-assessed. Thank you, Zzz plant (talk) 01:27, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
