Philip Manalang (born March 1, 1997) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Ilagan Isabela Cowboys of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).
Manalang played for the National Univeristy (NU) Bullpups in high school, before moving to the University of the East afterwards. He would play for the UE Red Warriors all throughout his college career.
Manalang entered regional basketball in 2019 when he joined the Basilan Steel of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. In 2021, he was drafted by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters in the PBA season 46 draft. He didn't get an offer from the team and ultimately stayed with Basilan for the team's move to the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup. It was during his tenure with Basilan when he made a championship-winning, buzzer-beating three-pointer to clinch the 2021 MPBL Invitational crown.
He then moved to the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards in 2022 where he would play for two seasons before moving to the Parañaque Patriots in 2024 and the Ilagan Isabela Cowboys in 2025.
Manalang has won four championships across all leagues: one in the MPBL, one in VisMin, and two in FilBasket.
