Register.BG is the organization that operates the Bulgarian National Internet Domain Registry .bg.[1] (ccTLD).
The Registry follows the model based on the Registry-Registrar-Registrant principle.[2]
The Registrant can choose a Registrar company where to register the domain name. The Registrar, which is a company accredited by the Registry, assumes the obligation to serve the Registrant, as well as to keep the records stored in the Registry up to date. In the event that the Registrar ceases his activity, his function will be taken over by the Last Resort Registrar operated by Register.BG.
