Howard David Lerner (born 1965) is an American journalist and entrepreneur from St. Louis, Missouri. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington University and a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Missouri.[1][2] He worked for the St. Louis Business Journal until 1994,[3] when he and Suzanne Langlois founded Kaldi's Coffee.[4] Kaldi's Coffee was one of the first coffee-houses in St. Louis to roast its own coffee and has won several awards.[5] [6]
Lerner sold his ownership in Kaldi's in 2007 and started Inbru, a coffee-flavoring company,[2] which he sold in 2013.[7] Lerner currently runs the web-design company December Press.[citation needed]
