The Iowa Democratic Party (IDP) is the affiliate of the Democratic Party in the U.S. state of Iowa.

The party organizes the Democratic Iowa presidential caucuses. In recent years, the party has lost ground in the state. It currently has no members of Congress from Iowa, superminorities in both houses of the state legislature, and 1 out of 7 statewide elected officials.
