Joaquin Pangelinan

Joaquin Ito Pangelinan also known as Mitch Pangelinan (1942 - June 28, 2013) was a politician from the Northern Mariana Islands. A signatory to the Covenant to Establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Political Union with the United States of America, he served as a member of the Northern Mariana Islands House of Representatives.^[1]
