Justino Eugenio Arriaga Rojas (born 20 September 1979) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. He was the mayor of his hometown of Salamanca, Guanajuato from 2012 to 2015. From 2009 to 2012, he served as deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Guanajuato.[1] He began his political career as municipal Secretary of Youth Action in the year 1999. He was also a SCAN trainer, State Counselor, and National Counselor as well.
