Kenneth Edward Macha (/ˈmɑːkə/; born September 29, 1950) is an American former Major League Baseball third baseman and manager. He managed the Oakland Athletics from 2003 to 2006, including American League Western Division championships in both his first and final seasons with the team, and later managed the Milwaukee Brewers (2009–10).

Previously, Macha played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Montreal Expos and Toronto Blue Jays in a span of six seasons from 1974 to 1981. Macha also worked for Root Sports Pittsburgh (now Sportsnet Pittsburgh) as a Pirates postgame analyst in the mid-2010's.
