List of active Portuguese Navy ships

The Lisbon Naval Base is the main operational base of the Portuguese Navy. Smaller naval bases (naval support points) also exist at Portimão and Tróia.

This is a list of active Portuguese Navy ships.[1]

In total there are 36 military ships commissioned in the Navy. Portuguese Navy also operates 43 auxiliary military vessels, known as Unidade Auxiliar da Marinha (UAM).[2]
