Nūrlan Äbılmäjınūly (Kazakh: نۇرلان ٴابىلماجىن ۇلى / Нұрлан Әбілмәжінұлы; born December 1962), also spelled Nurlan Abilmazhinuly or Nurlan Abelmanjen, is a Chinese politician of Kazakh origin, currently serving as chairman of the Xinjiang Regional Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

He was an alternate member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and is a member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.^[1][2][3] He was a representative of the 16th and 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, and is a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and is a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
