Pamlico County (/ˈpæmlɪk/ PAM-lik-oh) is a county located in the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of the 2020 census, the population was 12,276.[1] Its county seat is Bayboro.[2]

Pamlico County is part of the New Bern, NC Micropolitan Statistical Area.
