The Philippine School of Business Administration is a college located in Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines. The college was established in 1963 in Manila.[1] Its Quezon City campus opened in June 1963.[2] In September 2013, the Quezon City campus was announced to be closed on October for financial losses, but the Quezon City Regional Trial Court prevented the closure.
In February 2024, STI College's Eusebio H. Tanco announced per a Philippine Stock Exchange disclosure, that its Board ratified the execution of a Term sheet with Philippine School of Business Administration (Manila & Quezon City) covering the takeover by STI of the operations of PSBA.[3]
