Rabban Yosi [1](Hebrew: רבה יוסי, read as Rava Yossi; Also cited as רב יוסף,[2] English: R. Joseph;[2] or רב יוסי,[3] or רבה יוסף,[3] other variations listed below) was a Babylonian rabbi, considered to belong to the eighth generation of amoraim, and to be one of the early savoraim.
