Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan) is a court case at The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. The public hearings were held on the request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by the Republic of Armenia in the case concerning application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 October 2021, at The Hague Peace Palace - the seat of the Court.[1]
