Roy Francis Kennedy, Baron Kennedy of Southwark, PC (born 9 November 1962)[1] is a British Labour and Co-operative politician and life peer who served as Opposition Chief Whip in the House of Lords from 2021 until 2024, when the Labour Party entered Government.
