Rush Township is a township in Centre County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the State College, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,700 at the 2020 census,^[2] a decline from the figure of 4,008 tabulated in 2010.^[3]
