Russell David "Russ" Roberts (born September 19, 1954) is an American-born Israeli economist. He is a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution and president of Shalem College in Jerusalem.[3][4][5] He is known for communicating economic ideas in understandable terms[6] as host of the EconTalk podcast.[7]
