Ryan J. Condal (born 1979 or 1980) is an American showrunner for the TV series House of the Dragon (2022–present), a prequel to the TV series Game of Thrones (2011–2019). He created House of the Dragon with George R. R. Martin.^[2]

In the 2010s, Condal and Carlton Cuse were creators and showrunners for the TV series Colony (2016–2018). Condal was also a screenwriter for the films Hercules (2014) and Rampage (2018).
