Jacob Shmuel Boteach[3] (born November 19, 1966), known as Shmuley Boteach, is an American rabbi, author, and media host.

He hosted two seasons of the reality television series Shalom in the Home on TLC.[4]

Newsweek named him one of the 10 most influential rabbis in the United States, and The Jerusalem Post named him one of the fifty most influential Jews in the world.[5][6][7]
