Sidiba Koulibaly (died 22 June 2024) was a Guinean military officer, diplomat, and politician.[1]

He served as Chief of Staff of the Republic of Guinea Armed Forces from 12 October 2021 to 9 May 2023.[2] On 15 June 2024, he was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison for desertion and illegal possession of a weapon by a military tribunal in Conakry.[3]
