The State Seal of Mongolia (Mongolian: Монгол Улсын төрийн тамга, Mongol Ulsyn töriin tamga) is one of the National symbols of Mongolia and is used as the official seal of state. The president shall be the holder of the state seal.[1] The state seal shall be affixed on each page of the original text of the Constitution of Mongolia, on the first page of the original text of Mongolian laws, international agreements ratified by the State Great Khural, and the State Great Khural decision on establishing or terminating diplomatic relations between Mongolia and foreign countries.[2] During the presidential inauguration ceremony, the outgoing president hands over the state seal to the newly elected president.[3]
