Stephen Brian Tilson (born 27 July 1966) is an English football manager and former player.
Tilson is best known for his time in charge of Southend United, where he was in charge for seven years, overseeing two promotions and later two relegations. In 2014, he was voted Southend United's greatest ever player by fans.[2]
