Swift v. Zynga is an 2011 class action lawsuit filed in 2009, based on allegedly deceptive ads that ran in Zynga games on Facebook.[1][2] A motion by Zynga to dismiss the case was denied by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in November 2010.[3]
