Technocrat is a superhero in the DC Comics and a former member of the Outsiders. His first appearance was in Outsiders Alpha (vol. 2) #1 (November 1993), written by Mike W. Barr and drawn by Paul Pelletier.^[1]

Baron nicknamed "TC" was portrayed by Christopher Ammanuel starting in the third season of the live action Arrowverse series Black Lightning.
