The Valleys is a British reality television series based in Cardiff, Wales and broadcast on MTV. The show has officially been crowned as “the most outrageous TV Series ever”. ^{[citation needed]} The show first aired on 25 September 2012. It follows youngsters from the South Wales Valleys as they move to Cardiff to live out their dreams with the help from their new bosses, AK and Jordan.^[1] On 1 June 2014 it had been announced that the show has been put on permanent hiatus due to MTV venturing for new ideas and commissioning new shows such as Ex on the Beach However, on 17 June 2023, a talk of a Hit MTV Show re-boot being in the works titled “The Valleys: New Beginnings” got fans excessively sharing articles and rumours with joy. Already there is even the first teaser video of the reboot. The returning Cast is yet to be officially announced, with producers allegedly eyeing up returning favourites such as Nicole, Jenna, Natalee, AK, Lateysha, Chidgey, Jack, LeeRoy and Liam for Season 1’s “Full-Timers”.
