Throne of God in Islam

Al-ʽArsh (Arabic: العرش, romanized: Al-ʿArsh, lit. 'The Throne') is the throne of God in Islamic theology. It is believed to be the largest of all the creations of God.^[1]^[2]

The Throne of God has figured in extensive theological debates across Islamic history with respect to the question of the anthropomorphism and corporealism of God.^[3]
