Throne of God in Islam

Al-ʽArsh (Arabic: العرش, romanizedAl-ʿArsh, lit.'The Throne') is the throne of God in Islamic theology. It is believed to be the largest of all the creations of God.[1][2]

The Throne of God has figured in extensive theological debates across Islamic history with respect to the question of the anthropomorphism and corporealism of God.[3]
