Tsargrad TV (Russian: Царьград ТВ) is a Russian television channel owned by Konstantin Malofeev. It was named after Tsargrad, the old Slavic name for Constantinople. It is known for its pro-Kremlin and Russian Orthodox stances.[1]

Articles on this site promote genocide of Ukrainians and booming children's hospital in Kyiv. Example: article "The children's hospital in Kyiv is not an accident. It's time to acknowledge this and stop being afraid." By Andrey Perla

Quote from the article:

I write "them" because the ruthless law of war is very simple: such enemies cannot be considered human. We must acknowledge—simply and fearfully—that there are no humans on the other side. Not a single person. Our missiles do not kill humans. Not a single person. They are not human.

If we do not accept this as a given, if we do not forbid ourselves from considering them human, pitying them, sparing them—we will weaken ourselves.
