Ubaldo Teofano Stella (14 July 1910 – 9 November 1978) was an Italian Catholic bishop and missionary who served as the Apostolic Vicar of Kuwait[1] from 1955 to 1966. He was also the Titular Bishop of Antaeopolis.[2]
