WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES and Wikipedia:Soldier Should have been retained. They were a good standard for the encyclopedia. The growth of the encyclopedia has led an unnecessary push to make notability guidelines more restrictive. I miss them but I understand the community has spoked and my views were out voted.

Death by drafitification is an inglorious way for articles to die. Articles that would have likely survived AFD, no way of knowing since they were not given the chance, are sent to draft space for whatever reason. After a few months are deleted as abandoned draft. Draftification rarely improves the article.
