Vishnu Deo Sai (born 21 February 1964) is an Indian politician currently serving as the 4th Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh.[1] He is the first senior tribal leader in Central India.[2] Sai is the member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).[3] He currently represents Kunkuri in Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly.[4]
He officially became Chhattisgarh's first tribal Chief Minister after taking oath on December 13, 2023.[5]
Sai is known for his decisive approach in addressing public welfare issues. His dedication extends beyond Chhattisgarh, as he has actively engaged with tribal concerns in states including Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, and Maharashtra.[6]
