Was not subject to any WP:PROPOSAL process. When examined for cleanup in 2017 at WT:MOS, the extensive discussion did not come to a consensus that this is or should be a guideline, that its content represents much more than the disputed opinions of one or two editors, nor that any of it should be imported in any form into MOS. Proposals to merge some of it into the better-accepted Wikipedia:WikiProject Computer science/Manual of style have twice (2011, 2018) met with failure.
