This resource collates and classifies sources often used in articles linked to the Philippines and Filipinos similar to what other WikiProjects have done and aims to be as comprehensive as possible similar to WikiProjects Christian music, Venezuela and Video games.

The scope of this resource was initially concentrated on publications and various media outlets based in the Philippines and/or have a focus on the country and its people; government entities, NGOs, advocacy groups, think tanks and other websites can be included in the collation and classification of sources - one example can be found in the reliable and unreliable sources list provided by WikiProject Venezuela.
