William Cameron Sproul (September 16, 1870 – March 21, 1928) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1897 to 1919^[1] and as the 27th governor of Pennsylvania from 1919 to 1923.^[2] He also served as chair of the National Governors Association from 1919 to 1922.
