Winston Fiel Garcia (born May 21, 1958) is a Filipino lawyer, and corporate leader who was the general manager and president of Government Service Insurance System.^[1] He has served as the director and board member of several of the biggest institutions in the Philippines such as the Philippine Stock Exchange, San Miguel Corporation, Meralco and is currently the chairman of the Garcia-owned Cebu CFI Cooperative.
