Zoleka Zobuhle Mandela (9 April 1980 – 25 September 2023) was Nelson Mandela's granddaughter and a writer and activist in South Africa. She wrote about her addictions in sex, alcohol and drugs,^[2] her daughter's death, and her own battles with breast cancer, which killed her in 2023. She wrote When Hope Whispers in 2013.^[3]
