John McGeoch, né le à Greenock et mort à Londres le , est un guitariste rock britannique. Il a fait partie des groupes Magazine, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Visage, The Armoury Show et Public Image Limited[1].
La presse spécialisée décrit John McGeoch comme « un des guitaristes les plus influents de sa génération »[2] et comme « le Jimmy Page new wave »[3]. En 1996, Mojo l'a classé sur sa liste des 100 plus grands guitaristes de tous les temps pour son travail sur le single Spellbound de Siouxsie and the Banshees[4].
