La cucina israeliana (המטבח הישראלי) si è costituita attraverso la commistione della cucina mediorientale, in particolare di quella levantina, e delle tradizioni culinarie portate dagli immigrati ebrei in Israele da tutto il mondo.[1][2][3][4]
