De Communistische Partij van China (vereenvoudigd Chinees: 中国共产党; traditioneel Chinees: 中國共產黨; pinyin: Zhōngguó Gòngchǎndǎng) (CPC), ook wel de Chinese Communistische Partij (CCP) genaamd, is een politieke partij die op 23 juli 1921 werd opgericht en sinds 1 oktober 1949 de Volksrepubliek China regeert.
