Droupadi Murmu

Droupadi Murmu (born 20 June 1958) is an Indian politician who is the 15th President of India since 2022. She was the 8th Governor of Jharkhand from May 2015 to July 2021. She is the first governor of Jharkhand to finish the 5-year term. She was elected president after winning the 2022 election in a landslide victory. She is the youngest and first individual born after India's independence in 1947 to have been elected president.^[1]
