Mississippi's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S state of Mississippi. The district is in the southeast part of the state and is on the border of Alabama and Louisiana. It includes three of Mississippi's four cities with the most people: Gulfport, Biloxi, and Hattiesburg. The other big cities within the district include Bay St. Louis, Laurel, and Pascagoula.
