Ilya Iosifovich Klebanov (Russian: Илья Иосифович Клебанов; born 7 May 1951) is a Russian politician and entrepreneur. He was the Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[1]
