Radisson Hotels is an international hotel chain headquartered in the United States. Formerly a division of the Radisson Hotel Group, it operates the brands Radisson (Core), Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, Radisson Collection, Country Inn & Suites, and Park Inn by Radisson, among others, until it was acquired by Choice Hotels in 2022.[1]

In June 2022, the Radisson Hotel Group agreed to sell Radisson Hotels Americas, consisting of the Radisson franchise agreements, operations and intellectual property in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean to Choice Hotels for $675 million.[2] The deal closed on August 11, 2022.[1]
