Charles L. Cotton (born November 28, 1949) is an American attorney and gun rights advocate who has served as president of the National Rifle Association of America (NRA) since 2021.^[1] Cotton is also the moderator of TexasCHLForum.com, an online discussion forum about gun ownership.
