Colonel General Lkhagvasuren Jamiyan (Mongolian: Жамъянгийн Лхагвасүрэн) was a Mongolian statesman and Deputy Commander of the Mongolian People's Army of the Mongolian People's Republic. From 1939 to 1980, he was a member of the Presidium of the Central Committee and a candidate member, and then a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party. In 1940-1947 he was a deputy of the Small Khural, and in 1951 he became a member of the Great People's Khural.

He is most notable for leading the Mongolian forces to victory against Imperial Japan in the Battles of Khalkhin Gol and modernizing the Mongolian People's Army into a modern motorized force during his tenure as the Minister of Defence.
