NPC1 (انگلیسی: NPC1) یک پروتئین غشایی است که کارش میانجیگری در انتقال کلسترول درون‌سلولی در پستانداران است. در انسان، این پروتئین توسط ژن «NPC1» که بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۸ قرار گرفته، کدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵]
